Carlos Alberto Valença

A graduate in Business Administration from Pernambuco State University (UPE), with postgraduate degrees in Organization, Systems and Methods from UPE and Quality Engineering from The Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), Carlos Alberto has worked as an executive in Brazilian and foreign companies, notably groups such as OxyChem, Solvay and Alpina Têxtil. He is a university teacher and presenter in the fields of People Management and Administration and a member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC). Carlos Alberto has provided services to family, Brazilian and foreign businesses of different sizes in a broad range of sectors, guiding them in the management of executive recruitment at Director, Upper Management and Strategic Specialist levels. He carries out consultancy to support executive career transitions, career guidance and planning, preparation for interviews and professional profiling.

LINDEVANY HOFFIMANN

With a degree in Literature and Education and a postgraduate degree in Skills Management in Organizations, an MBA and Masters Degree in Business Management, Lindevany is specialized in the design of management models, organizational and management competencies, leadership development, strategic HR planning, diagnosis and organizational climate surveys, change and transition processes, succession plans, assessment by competency, performance management and 360° feedback. She is also a specialist in Integrated Coaching, with senior-level international training and ICI certification.

JULIANE SALGUEIRO

Graduated in Business Administration with a Masters Degree focused on Human Resources and Mentoring, Juliane has consolidated experience in Organizational Consultancy, in the design of solutions for people management and development based on management by competencies; and in the foundations of Organizational Learning. She is a Facilitator of Management Development and Leadership Programs and has Master-Level International Certification in Coaching (ICI, Lambent do Brasil).

A graduate in Psychology from the Esuda Faculty, with a specialization in Work Psychodynamics and an MBA in Organizational Planning and Management (OPM) from Pernambuco Administration Faculty (FCAP), Kátia has consolidated experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on Recruitment & Selection and Psychological Assessment, providing services to companies of different sizes from a range of industries.
